Breakfast, lunch and dinner services are offered in the form of a buffet. Our buffet service, a mix of contemporary cuisine and traditional Mediterranean cuisine, aims to turn our guests' stay into an experience full of different nuances and flavors. We offer from the quality, a wide variety of salads, pickles, meats, fish, pasta, homemade desserts, seasonal fruit, etc., and of course the typical rice dishes of Castellón in which the paella stands out. As a complement we offer an original and daring wine list.
We guarantee an adequate traceability and product handling, providing options for vegetarians and celiacs, as well as providing information on allergens and alternatives for customers with food intolerances.
During the summer season we have a buffet with attractive dishes, designed for the children. Also, in high season, we offer theme nights, such as “Oriental Night”, “American Night”, “Mexican Night”, etc…
Over the year, we also do interesting gastronomic workshops (rice "a banda" [rice cooked with fish], mantis shrimp, cuttlefish and octopus, etc.), food pairing dinners, cooking courses, tastings (wine, craft beers, cavas, liquors, etc.) and all kinds of activities linked to gastronomy.
